Sweet Potato Fries


  • 6 Medium sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil, divided
  • salt and pepper to tastesweet potato fries
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder


Preheat over to 425 F

  1. Scrub potatoes, cut in half and lengthwise into slices
  2. Place in a bowl and toss with oil and spices until well coated
  3. Place potatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with excess olive oil and spices from bowl and roast for 25 mins.
  4. Remove from oven and turn potatoes with a spatula
  5. Roast for another 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender, browned and slightly crispy
