- Get a good nights sleep (at least 8 hours)
- Exercise regularly
- Eat healthy whole foods and avoid sugar intake
- Practice relaxation, such as meditation or yoga

Tip: You will need to crush the garlic and eat a few cloves raw. Try using it in a salad or soup.
Onion
- reduces pain and inflammation and colds
Tip: Best to eat the onion raw. Cooking it will destroy the benefits of the onion.
Vitamin C

Tip: Eat an orange a day, a few days a week
Oil of Oregano
