Keep Your Immune System Strong

Keep Your Immune System Strong

The over use of antibiotics have ruined our digestive systems and have lowered our natural immunity to all types of infections.

Antibiotics not only kill harmful bacteria that are making you sick, they also destroy the beneficial flora in your gut, and can promote the development of resistant organisms in your body. – Dr. Weil

Keeping your immune system strong can help ward off infections and avoid having to visit the doctor.  When flu season approaches, the last place I want to be is sitting in the waiting room at a doctors office with sick patients all around me.

Tips to keep your Immune System strong:

  • Get a good nights sleep (at least 8 hours)
  • Exercise regularly
  • Eat healthy whole foods and avoid sugar intake
  • Practice relaxation, such as meditation or yoga
