Is Your Breakfast Causing You Pain

What is your go-to breakfast?

For years my breakfast was toast with peanut butter and a large glass of milk. If I was running late I would stop and grab a muffin and large chocolate milk.

Is your breakfast causing pain?

Little did I know…what I thought was a decent breakfast was causing me cramps, bloating, feeling sluggish and a mid morning crash.

When I went through my “30 Days to Healthy Living” program, I was so hesitant to give up my breakfast. However, it was the best decision I made.

I fell in love with my Arbonne Chocolate Protein Meal Replacement. It’s perfectly filling for breakfast, it gives me more than enough fuel to get through until my mid morning snack and I don’t feel sluggish. My cramping and bloating are a thing of the past.

Two other things I love about my protein,
