5 Fats You Should Be Eating

Here are 5 fats you should be eating.   They are full of nutrients and great for your waste line too.

  1. Coconut Oil

    Its great for your health and to cook with too.  It can be added to smoothies and main dishes.  Helps improve digestion, nutrient absorption and intestinal health.

  2. Nutsolive oil and nuts

    Loaded with nutrients, healthy fats and protein.  Add them to your salads or try them in smoothies or on their own.  Almond butter is great with green apples or on top of rice cakes.

  3. Avocado

    Another fat packed with nutrients.  Some studies show certain nutrients aravocadoe absorbed best when eaten with an avocado.  Add some to your next smoothie!  This is one veggie that was not part of my diet until I began clean eating.

  4. Seeds

    Offer beneficial fibre, Omega-3 fatty acids and protein.  Add some flax seeds, sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeks to your next salad.

  5. Olive Oil

    A very healthy oil.  Great for using as a salad dressing.  Helps reduce blood pressure and lessens the severity of arthritis.
